CoolWare™ Signup and Passwords

CoolWare™ will not run without a valid authorization password.  If you have already signed up for CoolWare™ but have not received your password, please contact Michelle Truax (information below).

If you have not yet signed up for CoolWare™, please fill out the entire form to request the FRICK® CoolWare™ Product Selection Software Program. Completing this form does not constitute authorization.

If approved, the applicant agrees to not copy, reproduce, or transfer the program in whole or in part, without prior written permission of FRICK®, A Johnson Controls Company. The applicant agrees to exercise all reasonable precautions to safeguard the privacy of this intellectual property.

When an applicant is approved, FRICK® will forward via e-mail an authorization password allowing access to the CoolWare™ program.

CoolWare™ v7.1.5 supports Win98, Win2k, WinXp, and Vista. Users running Win2k, WinXp, or Vista who do not have administrative rights to their computer will need to get their IT department to log in as administrator to install. To receive a copy of the installation on cd by mail, please contact Michelle Truax (information below).
